I mainly buy clothes patterns, but I've bought a few quilt patterns (other than those included in a kit - I'm a sucker for kits) and made Rae's Buttercup Bag so much that I ended up buying the paid version of the pattern later on.

  9. Lately I've been buying baby clothes patterns from Oliver + S (and coveting the French Citronille patterns). I make clothes for my cousin's daughter. It helps build my skills and I don't have to worry if it will look good on me or not. I can also use more fun fabrics (like Heather Ross!) that may not be appropriate for me but look awesome on a toddler.
